My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, modern, and basic in a lovely way, perfect for my hot summer day in Zurich. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was superb, close to the university, tram, and museum, making it very convenient. The dining experience offered a wonderful variety, although not as fancy as expected. Overall, a great value for the price.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with a very generous bathroom. However, the lack of air-conditioning was a bit of a downside. The whole hotel, including the restaurant, felt quite small, but it added to the cozy atmosphere. The service exceeded my expectations, with staff who brought extra blankets and a space heater without hesitation. The location was perfect, quiet and near the trams, offering easy access to the old town. As for the dining experience, it was simple yet delicious, with excellent choices that included lovely fresh-made pancakes. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
